The Condominiums

The quality interiors feature exotic Belizean hardwoods for doors, cabinetry, stairs, and the loft floor. Each 1000 sq. ft. condominium unit has 2 bedrooms, Jack-n-Jill baths, kitchen, living, and storage. Each unit has a private veranda or patio.

Each unit is to be fully furnished. The master will have a king bed, the guest room convertible twins. All appliances will be installed.  For owner or renter occupancy, we will be including bedding, towels, dishes, and other incidentals to make your stay as comfortable as being home.

Full Service property management is provided by owner-builders now living on site.

Units feature wireless internet connection, and satellite television. 

Maid service is available.

Each shareholder/owner has a 12' X 24' garage for private storage.

 

Each unit will have a galley kitchen complete with standard size range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, and dishes. 

The living/dining area will be furnished with comfortable rattan chairs, sofa and tables.
Every room has an abundance of windows creating natural light and cross ventilation, all rooms have ceiling fans.

 

The owner shared Great Room will feature a fully equipped food preparation facility with dining space for large family groups or entertaining.
   

Each unit has its own deck or balcony with a view of the lagoon and tropical plantings to create some privacy. 

The Great Room Loft has additional lounging and
relaxing space. Perfect for a library.

The boat slip and dock will be just to the south of the palapa.
